Job Description

The Systems Administrator will be responsible for the general care, maintenance, support and modification of the Development and QA environments for an intranet portal built on SharePoint Online and Office 365 suite, Oracle Identity Management, Oracle Content Management and Document Management systems, as well as other custom and 3rd party Windows-based sites/applications. The Administrator will also be responsible for supporting cloud hosted .NET applications.


  • Install, configure, upgrade and maintain internet/intranet sites on WebLogic instances in development and QA environments.
  • Manage installations and configurations of any Oracle Content Management and Document Management implementation or upgrades in Development and QA environments.
  • Manage installations and configurations in Development and QA environments of Oracle’s Identity Management suite.
  • Manage installations and configurations of any third-party applications on Linux and Windows platforms.
  • Participate on, and provide input to, project teams in proper deployment, configuration, and usage of Employee Portal, Identity Management, Identity LifeCycle Management, and other web-based products and utilities.
  • Create and support SharePoint Online sites.
  • Support project teams to ensure development and QA systems are available for all project work as deemed necessary by Project Managers.
  • Work with Production Administrators to document configuration for all above referenced products for successful transition to Production environment.
  • Work closely with Application Developers and Solutions Architects to assist in environmental troubleshooting and configuration of new custom applications.
  • Work with QA team to ensure Dev and QA environments are up to latest code and functionality for various tests such as load testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing.


  • Must have at least 5 years’ experience managing WebLogic and IIS servers, Azure DevOps and Office 365 suite.
  • Must have experience managing/implementing Oracle’s WebLogic platform.
  • Experience with Oracle Content Management and Document Management systems preferred.
  • Must have extensive knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems with basic understanding of Active Directory security integration into Windows Server OS.
  • Must have experience Administering LDAP directories.
  • Must have experience with identity management platforms (Oracle/Azure/ preferred).
  • Have basic knowledge of setup and maintenance of virtual environment products (VMware preferred).
  • Have experience working with Applications Development team using Microsoft scripting languages (VB script, PowerShell and Windows Scripting Host).
  • Must have basic understanding of SSL certificates in the Windows and Linux Server environment.
  • Must have basic understanding of domain name/IP address relationship via web server/DNS server configuration.
  • Experience with SQL Server 2012 and 2016 setup and administration is preferred.
  • Customer service and team-oriented focus is required.
  • Ability to work on multiple project efforts at the same time is required.
  • IT Certifications preferred.
