Systems Support Engineer 

Experience:       
  • 5+ years prior Support Center experience, working in a fast paced environment directly supporting Desktops and Laptops.
  • Three years + Windows administration and Active Directory experience.
  • 1+ year Server Administration including Active Directory.
  • Experience with Altiris or SCCM.
  • Experience supporting soft phones and setting up call agents.
  • Data Center experience.
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and/or Comp TIA Certifications preferred.

 Responsibilities:
  • Develop  and manage relationships with internal customers.
  • Prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Support and deploy company desktops and laptops.
  • Point of contact and SME for the team.
  • Track work in ITSM 
  • Support on-going  Support projects
  • Maintain application packages for deployment  
  • Support on-going Server Support and Telecom duties  
  • Point of contact for incidents and service requests from end users by phone and email.
  • Solve problems and be able to present technical information to users  
  • Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers and management
  • Configure and troubleshoot various equipment, including desktops/laptops, printers, iPhones/iPads and more.
  • Support and configure software applications 
  • Employ device management tools in supporting users and requested applications.
