Recruiter/TA Consultant

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience

Preferred Skills:
  • Previous experience in executing projects from inception through implementation
  • Manufacturing experience is highly preferred
  • Prior vendor management experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to handle and protect highly confidential information
  • Proven ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage multiple projects with excellent follow-through
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships with all levels in the organization
  • Strong capacity to attend to detail and highly organized
  • Proficient computer (MS Office) skills are required
  • Thinking “ outside of the box” 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain all aspects of the recruiting process including: 
    • Source, screen and recruit passive and active candidates (Boolean and database searches)
    • Manage client (applicants, hiring managers) relations through frequent written and oral communications
    • Proctor assessments
    • Documentation with daily notes in ATS and weekly reporting/metrics tracking
  • Identify, analyze issues and provide integrated, effective solutions that meet business needs
