Job Description:
Responsible for the design, development and implementation of short and long-term solutions to information technology needs through new and existing applications, systems architecture, network systems and applications infrastructure. Often involved in modifying or adapting existing designs. Reviews Technology requirements and business processes; codes, test, debugs and implements software solutions. Roles are often project based, delivering Technology change within the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead moderately large or highly complex projects and lead team members, clients, and other stakeholders in analyzing, documenting, reviewing, communicating and refining business requirements. Validate requirements across multi-disciplinary teams to ensure they satisfy client requirements.
  • Maintaining a deep awareness of how business operations work and help key stakeholders explore technology possibilities to more effectively execute on their roles
  • Actively address issues; setting priorities when appropriate.
  • Guide and mentor junior business analysts and oversee the work of junior BA’ s as it relates to a specific project(s).
