Job Description



  • Deliver effective phone end-user training and technical support for information technology systems utilized by the Firm, to include desktop software applications, computers, peripheral devices, and phones.
  • Conduct phone, desk-side training (on occasion) and support for attorneys, paralegals, secretaries and support staff. Assist team members with support, work continuously to improve processes and responses, and document detailed resolutions into a database.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in a professional services environment is required.
  •  Prior law firm experience is a plus.
  • Qualified candidates must have in-depth experience manipulating, revising, and repairing MS Word documents.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Document Management Systems, Comparison Tools and Template Packages is desirable.
