Job Description

We have a client in north Georgia looking for a Product Developer with an entrepreneurial spirit to facilitate the development of an enterprise application. 

This is a leadership position facilitating and executing the development of this enterprise app solution while actively participating in the front-end customer interface. This is a supercharged UI/UX role combined with thought leadership, executive skill, strategic thinking, and product monetization.

Qualifications:

Successful track record working with business stakeholders as a design and thought leader

The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of project management, analytical, quantitative and creative experience design skills, together with the ability to think both strategically and tactically

Demonstrated maturity to engage Senior level executives and their teams

5+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, product designer (or similar role) designing mobile, web, and/or other on-device applications

Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.

Demonstrated experience creating production specs/assets

Demonstrated experience in managing or leading design teams.

Demonstrated experience facilitating successful 1-week Design Sprints

Demonstrated experience designing for groups of people

Demonstrated experience in visual & interaction design

Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience

The candidate should have thorough knowledge of concepts like visual design, usability, responsive designs, and browser differences.

Responsibilities:

Guide our team with scoping, prioritizing, and planning project work and requests with in-house teams, customer teams, and vendors to ensure timely delivery.

Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product and executive teams

Own and execute end-to-end design process and deliverables (including user personas, workflows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes) to effectively conceptualize and communicate design strategy and detailed interaction behaviors for both mobile and web.

Facilitate the front-end customer development, design and implementation of the enterprise app.

Ensure that all User Experience activities are executed at high quality levels, manage team initiatives, set priorities, and manage scoping, development and implementation with customers.

Promote and utilize a variety of qualitative and quantitative assessment methodologies throughout the development lifecycle; lead team in defining, tracking, and reporting key user experience metrics.

Review with and gather feedback on work from businesses, product management, development and peer design teams as well as executive leadership.

Responsibly and effectively advocate for customers and impart day-to-day strategic user experience leadership.
